  • Dr. Eden Mogridge

    DIRECTOR/CHIROPRACTOR

    Dr. Eden Mogridge completed 5 years at RMIT university in Melbourne. Achieving a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic). Eden also holds her Clinical Mat Pilates qualification from The Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute. Eden also works out of Yoga Space Gippsland teaching Mat Pilates (Basics) for all levels of ability.

    Originally from Sale, Gippsland, she couldn’t wait to come back and share her new found knowledge and skills with the area. Since working in the field over the past few years, Eden has decided to continue to study, to find ways to enhance the care she can provide to her patients. Eden Utilises her Pilates in the form of 1:1 sessions to help rehabilitate and increase strength and body awareness. Eden is passionate about not only hands on chiropractic care, but also holds a strong focus on movement ability, rehabilitation and injury prevention. She uses a range of techniques tailored to each individual case, to achieve the best results for her patients. As a strong believer in how we feel mentally can affect us physically, Eden has a strong interest in stress management and reduction. She enjoys implementing different strategies to help people feel their best holistically. Eden enjoys treating people from all walks of life, from children to the elderly.

    Dr. Eden also has a strong past in dance and dance teaching at Leaps and Bounds Dance School in Sale, and can’t wait to get back involved within this community. Outside of work you’ll find Eden cooking, catching up with friends and family, reading and going on adventures outdoors.

  • Dr. Mitchell Dowse

    DIRECTOR/CHIROPRACTOR

    Dr. Mitch Dowse completed his 5 year double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) with distinction at RMIT university after 3 years of studying Exercise and Health Science at Australian Catholic University. Additionally, Mitch has a certificate III/IV in Fitness having worked in this industry for the past 10 years focusing predominantly on injury rehabilitation and strength & conditioning.

    Originally from Glenmaggie, Mitch attended school in Sale. He spent 10 years living in Melbourne before moving back to Gippsland with his family in 2018. Mitch is well connected to many sporting clubs in the area having previously played for Heyfield FNC and currently playing at Sale FNC. When living in Melbourne, Mitch played at VFL & EFL level for a number of years, so he knows what it takes to overcome injuries and condition his body to perform at a high level.

    Mitch enjoys the challenge of assessment and solving movement problems, always looking for the newest techniques to help people get back to their best, with fast pain relief and long term measures for performance enhancement.

    Outside of work, Mitch enjoys spending time with his young family, cooking up a feast, listening to music and exercising.

  • Dr. Tenille Fox

    CHIROPRACTOR

    Dr. Teneill completed a double degree in a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) at RMIT in Melbourne.

    Teneill grew up in Sale and Stratford and is passionate about providing chiropractic care for her local community. After having her first son, she grew a keen interest in pregnancy and post-partum chiropractic, focusing on stability, strength, and function of the spine, pelvis, and core.

    Teneill is also currently undertaking a Bachelor's in Food and Nutrition to incorporate this knowledge and enhance the care she provides. She believes a nourishing diet, exercise, and a well-functioning body are the key to good health.

    Outside of work, Teneill enjoys spending time with her family, playing netball, watching the footy, and relaxing with a good book.

  • Kris Armistead

    MYOTHERAPIST

    Kris has a Bachelor of Health Science – Clinical Myotherapy and has worked as a myotherapist in Gippsland since 2014.

    Kris offers a wide range of treatments including deep and soft tissue manipulation, dry needling therapy, cupping, exercise prescription and myofascial release techniques.

    He has a wealth of experience in treating all kinds of muscular and joint conditions.

    He has a keen interest in pre and post natal treatments as well as neck, shoulder and headache related conditions.

    Kris loves being able to help clients get through acute muscular discomfort as well as aid them in the management of chronic muscular conditions.

    Outside of work Kris enjoys getting out for a hit of golf, the occasional run and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

    Whether you’re suffering from acute or chronic discomfort, Kris is looking forward to helping you through it and returning you to an optimal, pain free lifestyle.

  • Sarah Vranek

    EXERCISE/REHABILITATION SPECIAILIST

    Sarah completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Federation University in 2021. Sarah also has a Certificate III/IV in Fitness and has worked a personal trainer for the past seven years. Sarah's passion lies in injury rehabilitation, improving movement and exercise technique as well as providing education.

    Sarah grew up in Stratford and has always lived around the area. Previously playing netball and dancing before getting into the gym and training. She is always finding ways to improve her knowledge and expertise, recently completing a mentorship to improve exercise prescription and programming as well as helping to run seminars on exercise technique.

    Outside of work Sarah enjoys, spending time with her partner, family and friends, going camping or to the beach, playing with her dogs Jem & Thor and reading.

  • Lucy Dowse

    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Lucy graduated from La Trobe University in 2013 with a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science & Master of Occupational Therapy Practice. During her final year of university she completed clinical placements in acute hospital, mental health and paediatric settings. The latter, is where Lucy discovered a passion for working with children & their families and therefore decided to specialise as a paediatric occupational therapist (OT).

    Originally from Sale, Lucy spent 10 years living in Melbourne and working across multiple paediatric settings including an autism specific school, an early intervention service & private practice. Lucy moved back to Gippsland with her family in 2018 and prior to her most recent maternity leave enjoyed working at the Sale Specialist School and Central Gippsland Health Service as a part of the school readiness project. Lucy is well experienced in working with children who have developmental delays and learning difficulties, having a particular interest in working with children who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Recently, Lucy has studied and completed two hand therapy courses which is another area of interest to her.

    Outside of work, Lucy is a mother of three young daughters. She enjoys spending time/going on adventures with her husband Mitch and their girls, exercising at the gym, eating delicious food, going to the beach and catching up with family & friends.

  • Josh Scott

    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Josh graduated from La Trobe University in 2013 with a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science & Master of Occupational Therapy Practice. Josh has worked at a number of Gippslands largest health organisations, including LRH and LCHS. Josh has worked in both the paediatric and adult community/acute settings as well as in the hand therapy clinic. He is very passionate about working with children and their families to achieve their goals.

    Josh has a broad range of knowledge in regards to paediatrics, having worked with children who have ASD, global developmental delays and various disabilities. Josh has done extra training in SOS approach to feeding, ADOS assessment and Bayley Developmental assessment.

    Away from work you’ll find Josh spending time with his wife and two girls outside, usually coaxed onto the trampoline by Leni. Otherwise, at the pool or in the garden. Josh also enjoys staying active and good food with a cheeky glass of red. Josh is a die hard St Kilda supporter, although sometimes he wishes he wasn’t.

  • Amie Howard

    ADMINISTRATION

    Amie graduated from the University of Texas in 2010 with a degree in Business Management. With previous experience in private practice, working with a range of health practitioners, Amie is excited to join the Summit Team to help handle all things behind the scenes and at the front desk.

    In 2020 Amie became a new mum and over the last year, has been spending time with her new little family. Outside of work Amie enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends and playing with/walking her dog Gus.
