  • Dr. Eden Mogridge

    DIRECTOR/CHIROPRACTOR

    Dr. Eden Mogridge completed 5 years at RMIT university in Melbourne. Achieving a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic). Eden also holds her Clinical Mat Pilates qualification from The Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute. Eden also works out of Yoga Space Gippsland teaching Mat Pilates (Basics) for all levels of ability.

    Eden is a passionate chiropractor dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel better, and perform at their best. With a keen interest in sports/exercise, pain management, and performance optimization, Eden combines evidence-based techniques with a whole-body approach to support long-term health and wellbeing—whether you're an athlete or just want to live pain-free.

  • Dr. Mitchell Dowse

    DIRECTOR/CHIROPRACTOR

    Dr. Mitch Dowse completed his 5 year double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) with distinction at RMIT university after 3 years of studying Exercise and Health Science at Australian Catholic University. Additionally, Mitch has a certificate III/IV in Fitness having worked in this industry for the past 10 years focusing predominantly on injury rehabilitation and strength & conditioning.

    With an extensive background in sport and human movement, Mitch enjoys the challenge of assessment and solving movement problems, always looking for the newest techniques to help people get back to their best, with fast pain relief and long term measures for performance enhancement.

  • Breeanna Dingwall

    DIRECTOR/OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Bree graduated from La Trobe University in 2016, with a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science & Master of Occupational Therapy Practice. She then completed her Graduate Certificate in Mental Health and Neuroscience through the University of the Sunshine Coast (2024)

    Bree’s interest areas include working with children and adolescents who have goals relating to; executive functioning skills (adaptable thinking, planning, time management, organisation), emotional identification and regulation skills, or who have anxiety or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). She also has interest in supporting children with fine and gross motor skills. 

  • Dr. Teneill Fox

    CHIROPRACTOR

    Dr. Teneill completed a double degree in a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) at RMIT in Melbourne.

    Teneill grew up in Sale and Stratford and is passionate about providing chiropractic care for her local community. After having her first son, she grew a keen interest in pregnancy and post-partum chiropractic, focusing on stability, strength, and function of the spine, pelvis, and core.

    Teneill is also currently undertaking a Bachelor's in Food and Nutrition to incorporate this knowledge and enhance the care she provides. She believes a nourishing diet, exercise, and a well-functioning body are the key to good health.

  • Kris Armistead

    MYOTHERAPIST

    Kris has a Bachelor of Health Science – Clinical Myotherapy and has worked as a myotherapist in Gippsland since 2014.

    Kris offers a wide range of treatments including deep and soft tissue manipulation, dry needling therapy, cupping, exercise prescription and myofascial release techniques.

    He has a wealth of experience in treating all kinds of muscular and joint conditions.He has a keen interest in pre and post natal treatments as well as neck, shoulder and headache related conditions.

    Kris loves being able to help clients get through acute muscular discomfort as well as aid them in the management of chronic muscular conditions. Helping you to return you to an optimal, pain free lifestyle.

  • Sarah Vranek

    EXERCISE/REHABILITATION SPECIAILIST

    Sarah completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Federation University in 2021. Sarah also has a Certificate III/IV in Fitness and has worked a personal trainer for the past seven years. Sarah's passion lies in injury rehabilitation, improving movement and exercise technique as well as providing education.

    Sarah grew up in Stratford and has always lived around the area. Previously playing netball and dancing before getting into the gym and training. She is always finding ways to improve her knowledge and expertise, recently completing a mentorship to improve exercise prescription and programming as well as helping to run seminars on exercise technique.

  • Lucy Dowse

    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Lucy graduated from La Trobe University in 2013 with a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science & Master of Occupational Therapy Practice. During her final year of university she completed clinical placements in acute hospital, mental health and paediatric settings.

    Lucy previously has worked within the Sale Specialist School and Central Gippsland Health Service as a part of the school readiness project. Lucy is well experienced in working with children who have developmental delays and learning difficulties, having a particular interest in working with children who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

  • Josh Scott

    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Josh graduated from La Trobe University in 2013 with a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science & Master of Occupational Therapy Practice. Josh has worked at a number of Gippslands largest health organisations, including LRH and LCHS.

    Josh has a broad range of knowledge in regards to paediatrics, having worked with children who have ASD, global developmental delays and various disabilities. Josh has done extra training in SOS approach to feeding, ADOS assessment and Bayley Developmental assessment.

  • Tess Appleby

    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Tess graduated from La Trobe University in 2020 with a double degree of Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Occupational Therapy Practice.

    Tess has experience working in Paediatrics, alongside children with ASD, ADHD, Global Developmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy, rare genetic disorders and mental health. Wanting to see children thrive, Tess aims for children to become the best version of themselves and learn skills that can be taken with them through life.

  • Rose Southam

    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Rose graduated from La Trobe University in 2021 with a double degree of Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Occupational Therapy Practice.

    She has a background in Paediatrics and a strong interest in working with children with ASD, ADHD and Down Syndrome. Rose is passionate about helping children set meaningful goals, supporting their progress over time, and making a positive impact on their everyday lives.

  • Jessica Rodaughan

    EDUCATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENT PSYCHOLOGIST

    Jess completed a Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University, finishing in 2022. She is currently undertaking supervision to become an endorsed educational and developmental psychologist.

    She has over 10 years’ experience working with children, young people and families across a range of settings. Jess is passionate about trauma-informed, strengths-based and neurodivergent affirming approaches, with experience supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and social, emotional and behavioural challenges.

  • Stephanie Hirst

    PSYCHOLOGIST/AHPRA BOARD APPROVED SUPERVISOR

    Stephanie graduated from Deakin University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology.

    Stephanie is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. She works with people aged 16+ dealing with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, confidence issues, and major life transitions.

  • Helena McDonald

    DIETITIAN/NUTRITIONIST 

    Helena holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from Monash University, gradating in 2016.

    Helena specialises in women’s health, with particular interest in hormonal health, sustainable fat loss, gestational diabetes, blood sugar regulation and supporting women to create a peaceful relationship with food. 

  • Georgia Cam

    MUSIC THERAPIST

    Georgia graduated from the Australian Institute of Music in 2017 with a Bachelor of Music Performance, before completing her Master of Music Therapy at Western Sydney University in 2021.

    She has specialised in Neurologic Music Therapy, with particular interest in how music and neuroscience can support developmental goals such as speech production and communication. Georgia uses a strengths-based approach tailored to individual interests and also has experience in neuro-rehabilitation and mental health.

  • Mel Glover

    THERAPY ASSISTANT

    Mel completed her Bachelor of Education at the University of Tasmania in 2012 and has since gained a wide range of qualifications across health, fitness, and education, including Certificate IV in Fitness and Certificate III in Children’s Services. Mel is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Occupational Therapy at Charles Darwin University.

    Mel enjoys supporting children with their fine and gross motor development, as well as building skills that promote confidence and independence. She also has an interest in supporting children with mental health needs and neurodivergence and combines her background in teaching and fitness to create fun, engaging therapy sessions.

  • Bonnie Eden

    THERAPY ASSISTANT

    Bonnie completed her Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance in 2020 and has since worked in a range of settings supporting children and families.

    She has experience working alongside occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech pathologists to support children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays and cerebral palsy. Bonnie has a special interest in early intervention, motor development through play, and building functional communication with speech, visuals and key word signs.

  • Amie Howard

    ADMINISTRATION

    Amie graduated from the University of Texas in 2010 with a degree in Business Management. With previous experience in private practice, working with a range of health practitioners, Amie is excited to join the Summit Team to help handle all things behind the scenes and at the front desk.

  • Laura Pryse

    ADMIN OFFICER

    With more than 10 years’ experience in local businesses, Laura brings strong organisational skills, leadership experience and a passion for customer care. She combines her background in administration with her health care experience as a PCA to support clients and the team at our clinic.

  • Leanne Weatherly

    ADMIN OFFICER

    Leanne brings over 15 years of administration experience, with excellent communication, strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail. Her warm approach and commitment to customer service make her a valuable part of keeping our clinic running smoothly

  • Melissa Righele

    BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTS MANAGER

    Melissa brings over 13 years of experience in the accounting industry to her role at Summit. As Finance and Admin Manager, Mel oversees financial operations and bookkeeping processes across the clinic, helping to ensure clinic efficiency and stability as Summit continues to grow.
